From my very humble beginnings in Cape Town, South Africa, I have travelled the world as a fitness instructor, nutritional advisor and life coach. As the adventure of life continues, I am proud to call Australia home and my passion for unlocking people's potential for achieving life goals, living with ultimate health and figuring out how to maintain a fitness schedule despite an average-everyday-hectic-lifestyle is at an all time high. 

 

Whilst living aboard cruise ships based in the USA after travelling throughout South Africa and England, I discovered that many people simply do not have an understanding of what being healthy is all about nor how our bodies function nor how we can influence them on a day-by-day basis. Rather than shake my head and take another gulp of a protein shake like so many others have, I have made it my challenge to change this mentality.

 

I am a certified, qualified, bonafide personal trainer but I pride myself on being so much more. I have completed an Advanced Diploma of Personal Training combined with various weight management and nutrition certificates which have provided me with valuable knowledge and techniques I plan to share with you. I feel that my experience in training people ready to achieve their goals combined with my continual dedication to the fitness industry provides me with unsurpassable qualities as a fitness, life and nutrition coach and I am bursting with the energy, passion and drive to pass these on and make you the success, you maybe didn't know, you can be.

 

Surprisingly Australia is considered the second most obese country in the world and WE need to change this!!! With the beach around the corner, ridiculously amazing weather year round and a solid commitment to yourself, to me and to whoever it is you feel could benefit from the best version of yourself- we are already on the path to success.

 

I want to be there to translate the scientific lingo, to share the trending fitness techniques, to debunk the current weight loss fads, to feed you the knowledge you need know, to spur you on to greater heights, to push you when you're feeling like you've reached a plateau and to un-complicate the myseries of health, nutrition and motivation.

Group Fitness Classes 
 
 

We understand that personal training can be intimidating for some. Having worked with many clients over the years the need to have group classes such as pilates, bootcamps or circuit class helps people overcome their fears with exercise in a group setting. These are generally limited to 10-20 people and at fixed times of the day. We go through a range of programs to help benefit and increase fitness, strength, endurance, muscle toning + building. Our programs will help those seeking weight loss and that 'feel good' vibe.  

 

 
Personal Training
 

 

My one on one personal training & consultations sessions are designed to get the best rewards out of our time together. We will show you how to improve your fitness level, strengthen and lose weight all in a 30-60 minute trainig session. We want to get you planing and working smarter, trying harder and being accountable which will get you closer to the results you deserve. We'll unlock your potential through a unique structured personal training program that you and i formulate together as we work on achieving your goals and increasing your metabolism.

Team Training
 

Team training is a structure session where teams will be create and given task to complete, each session will push you and your team to create a better time than the last going harder getting stronger with a higher intensity than the last. 45min training that will create great moral and spirit. If you love working in a group then you will love working and being appart of the Legends Team

About our mission:

 

At ‘The Legendary Life’ we are all about changing people’s lives so we have come up with a great incentive to help our community. couples, parents, families and even children can now be more active!

 

The purpose of my personal training, health and fitness business and the core of my work is to provide fun active fitness solutions helping our community to get active, socialise and have fun while exercising. I see too many people not enjoying exercise or dragging their feet through yet another 6am bootcamp. I find that with most people, if they do not enjoy it they simply stop doing it - so we have launched this new fitness movement where people can be active together working with their friends, family and/or other people to make a real difference to their lives!

 

Our mission is to create fun active fitness programs for all people to enjoy – sounds simple doesn’t it?! I think we can get caught up in our busy, schedule-driven, technology-overloaded lives and forget to MOVE – so I am inspired to reignite this passion inside everyone to be the best version of themselves they can possibly be!

 

We have started a revolutionary exercise movement involving Fitness Scavenger Hunts (FSH) , which are based on the the childhood game that we all loved to play – although in the updated healthy lifestyle version we have incorporated an exercise regime to suit all activity and motivation levels and time schedules!

 

Our FSH program will have four seasons throughout the year where points are accumulated based on attendance, activities, competitions and challenges that are laid out for each Fitness Scavenger Hunt. 

 

Every session will be completely different to the last therefore keeping the fun element running – everything from following an old-school treasure map, completing an alphabet of exercises along a hunt course, dressing in lumo 80s active wear dragged out from the back of the closet and working out to the best tunes of the era, finding clues and piecing together the puzzle whilst working out and not to mention cool night hunts by the light of a head lamp – boredom is simply not a choice! At the end of each season a prize will be awarded to the team with the most points. Whether people want to join as an individual or a team it is a great way create a lasting fun active fitness solution in our hectic lives!

 

In addition to making exercise fun, my company is making a difference to more than just people’s waistlines… I am keen on enlightening our Legends in every aspect of life – looking at motivation, nutrition and alkalinity to prevent disease for as long as humanly possible.

 

On top of all of this, every Friday our profits of our training sessions are donated directly to charities. Not only do you get to work out with great people and enjoy it in a whole new way but you’re helping a great cause each week which leaves you feeling on top of the world!
