About our mission:

 
At ‘The Legendary Life’ we are all about changing people’s lives so we have come up with a great incentive to help parents and families be more active!
 
The purpose of my business and core of my work is to provide fun active fitness solutions to families helping them to get active, socialise and have fun while exercising. I see too many people not enjoying exercise and I find that with most people, if they do not enjoy it they simply stop doing it - so we have launched this new fitness regime/movement where families can be active together working with each other and/or with other families and individuals to make a real difference to their lives!
 
Our mission is to create fun active fitness programs for all people to enjoy – sounds simple doesn’t it?! I think we can get caught up in our busy, schedule-driven, technology-overloaded lives and forget to MOVE – so I am inspired to reignite this passion inside everyone to be the best version of themselves they can possibly be!
 
We have started a revolutionary exercise movement involving Fitness Scavenger Hunts (FSH) , which are based on the the childhood game that we all loved to play – although in the updated healthy lifestyle version we have incorporated an exercise regime to suit all activity and motivation levels and time schedules!
 
Our FSH program will have four seasons throughout the year where points are accumulated based on attendance, activities, competitions and challenges that are laid out for each Fitness Scavenger Hunt. Every session will be completely different to the last therefore keeping the fun element running – everything from following an old-school treasure map, completing an alphabet of exercises along a hunt course, dressing in lumo 80s active wear dragged out from the back of the closet and working out to the best tunes of the era, finding clues and piecing together the puzzle whilst working out and not to mention cool night hunts by the light of a head lamp – boredom is simply not a choice! At the end of each season a prize will be award to the team with the most points. Whether people want to join as an individual or a team it is a great way create a lasting fun active fitness solution in our hectic lives!
 
In addition to making exercise fun, my company is making a difference to more than just people’s waistlines… I am keen on enlightening my ‘Legends’ in every aspect of life – looking at motivation, nutrition and alkalinity to prevent disease for as long as humanly possible.
 
On top of all of this, every Friday all of the profits of our training sessions are donated directly to charities. Not only do you get to work out with great people and enjoy it in a whole new way but you’re helping a great cause each week which leaves you feeling on top of the world!

Cheat Less

Weekends are seen as cheat days, but when stacked together in a month its 1/4 of the month. These day are the most important to breed habits. With relaxing on the weekends we need to work harder as we have more engery and more time to focus on our programs

 

Days off our eating plan should be non exsitent. Yes cheating on our nutrition is okay as long as it is moderation and its not a whole day! A meal here and ameal there is acceptable to enjoy the pleassure of life.

 

Healthy Lifestyle persuit

You may have all the fun you want at the beach or the pool but right now you will have to maintain a disciplined lifestyle. This means no late nights, no fast food, no soft or hard drinks, no smoking and certainly no binging at parties.
