Cross Fit came around as part of being able to train for different sports at the same time there by making you fit across multiple sports. Unfortunately vary little is done in the way of rehabilitation for these athletes and other athletes. So with our Hope Island Rehabilitation we have create a structured set of exercises to allow each athlete, whether they are CrossFitting or just personal training to recover and perform better. Rehabilitation exercise programs can take from 4-12weeks depending on each individuals injury.
