I eat healthy and excerise, but I'm still not losing weight. What is it that I'm doing wrong?!

 

Weight is generallly perceived as "being fat". This has been a greatly debated issue amongst plenty of health professionals. Just because the scale is not moving does not meaning that you are not getting fitter, healthier and losing that stubborn fat.

 

Each person's goals can be different and as such not every person's training should be the same. We are all motivated by different drivers - we just need to figure out exactly what pushes us to the next level.

I'm looking to target my hips, how can I lose weight in that area?

 

The interesting thing about the body is how we break down fat. The answer to the question "can I target specific areas of our body" is both yes and no. We can target muscles of the body which can help us tone and increase metablosim, however fat cells are more complicated to breakdown.
